# Subdivisions Fact Sheets
This fact sheet series is designed for new subdivisions, from small projects under 15 lots up to new communities (250+ lots).
These fact sheets support the sustainable design provisions throughout the Victorian planning system.
Use these fact sheets to ensure your subdivision considers all aspects of sustainable design.
